Terms of access

What you are buying

Access to course materials, assessments and — on meeting the published requirements — a certificate of completion. Access is licensed to you as an individual.

What this is not

Your access

• Licensed to you personally, for your own use.
• No redistribution, resale, or sharing of account credentials.
• Downloadable workbooks are yours to use in your own work; they are not yours to publish or sell.
• Access may be revoked for breach, with no refund.

The certificate

The certificate attests that you completed assessed coursework. It is not an accredited qualification, does not confer professional licensure, and is not endorsed by AAOIFI, IFSB, any central bank, or any financial institution.

Certificates carry a verification code and can be checked publicly. If you correct your name, a replacement is issued and the previous code is revoked — the old code continues to resolve, showing that it was superseded.

Accuracy

The material reflects standards and market practice as at the date of writing. Regulation changes. Nothing here should be treated as current without checking.

Independence

The instructor is employed in the Islamic finance industry. Ershad Advisory operates independently of that employer, and no confidential or proprietary material from any institution is used in this programme. All case studies are constructed for teaching.
